The 20th edition of the Index of Rationality is developed for a total of five services, as follows:
- capture of stray dogs, transport to shelters or veterinary station and return in the area;
- one-day accommodation at dog shelters;
- leishmaniasis laboratory testing;
- sterilization (castration) of male dogs and
- sterilization (ovariohysterectomy) of female dogs.
Development of this index covered a total of 28 institutions at local level, all of which had organized this type of public procurement in the course of 2022.
