Index of Rationality 4 Printed version of the publication is here: Index of Rationality 3 and 4 Тhe fourth Index of Rationality is developed for the following five types of products, i.e. services: - website design;- firewood;- behaton paving elements;- health examination for employees;- fire-fighting protection. The selection of Index-targeted products and services was made in compliance with their status of most commonly used products and services by national and local level institutions. The present Index provides data on prices and values of contracts signed by 84 institutions throughout the country. For the purpose of developing individual indices with prices of targeted products and services, we submitted FOI applications to all contracting authorities whose procurements were registered in the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS).
