{"id":7136,"date":"2012-10-18T08:08:51","date_gmt":"2012-10-18T08:08:51","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2025-09-26T13:20:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-26T13:20:10","slug":"latest-results-of-the-monitoring-of-public-procurements-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.bitsia.com\/ccc\/latest-results-of-the-monitoring-of-public-procurements-3\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Second quarterly report on monitoring of public procurement for 2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"\/ccc\/images\/stories\/reporteng2.2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Second Quarterly Report on Monitoring of Public Procurement for 2012<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.bitsia.com\/ccc\/images\/stories\/reporteng2.2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-20733\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.bitsia.com\/ccc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/14-monitoring-of-public-procurements-mala.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"421\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>SKOPJE, September 18, 2012 \u2013 The Center for Civil Communications has announced today the results of the regular monitoring of public procurements in the country, for the period of April \u2013 June 2012.\u00a0Among others, the following key findings have been noted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main problems that companies face in public procurements, according to the survey, are: collection of the receivables; unclear and favorable tender documentation; and unrealistic and hardly feasible eligibility criteria.<\/li>\n<li>A series of weaknesses have been recorded in the state institutions\u2019 selection of the criteria for evaluating the bids.
