Analysis of the results of a survey of financial transfers from municipalities to NGOs in 2016 The survey is mapping the characteristics of the process of financing of NGOs from the so-called “budget line 463”, assesses the level of transparency and accountability of municipalities, detects problems and weaknesses in the process and defines recommendations for improvement of already established practices. The database produced from the information and data collected during the research, for the first time in Macedonia, contains all data on the funds allocated by the municipalities to non-governmental organizations, the list of projects financed, as well as the data about the transparency of the entire process starting from publishing a notice to the realization of the projects.
